How to request a refund, exchange or store credit?

You can request a return online using our returns portal.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery online using our returns portal. If the time period exceeds 30 days please contact us.

Returning an unwanted item?

Was there something not quite right? We want to help make it right. We accept returns on item(s) subject to eligibility rules below.

You may be eligible for a refund* if requested within 30 days of delivery. After that we can only offer an exchange or store credit** within 90 days of delivery.

We only cover the return shipping fee for exchanges & store credit we do not cover the return shipping fee if you would like a refund.

  • Item(s) have not been worn, washed, assembled, or fully unpackaged
  • Item(s) still have original tags/labels
  • Item(s) are not bespoke or personalised

* Refunds will be issued via original payment method, refunds are not offered on sale products. Store credit can be requested.

** Store credit is valid for 1 year from issue date.

Returning a damaged or faulty item?
