  • Missing Items: Please get in touch with us if your parcel hasn't arrived with you for any reason Please check the individual delivery times for each product as detailed on the site before you contact us. If it says working days, please allow for this as this doesn’t include weekends.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item by mistake, we want to put this right. Email us at and our Customer Care team will get right on it.
  • Damaged/faulty Items: We take pride in ensuring our lovely parcels reach you safely and securely. If you receive something that may have been damaged in transit, please email us at and attach images to support your query.
