Express UK Delivery [order by Midday]
- 1-2 working days at £4.95 (mon - fri)
- Next Working Day at £5.95 (mon - fri)
- Next Day services MUST be ordered by 12 noon, Monday – Friday and will only be delivered Monday to Friday.
Exceptions
- Please note for some larger furniture and playtime items the delivery times may vary. Further delivery information is displayed on the items product page.
- Preorder items will be dispatched within the timescale indicated on the product page. All items in your order will be held until your preorder item arrives in stock.
International Delivery
- Track your item - Dispatch confirmation email with a web-based tracking.
- FREE delivery available in most European countries on orders over £150.
- Delivery time to Europe 3-5 days.
- Delivery time Rest of World 5-10 Working Days
- Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are to be paid by the customer.

We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
Exchanges
- We know that our customers often like to exchange for a different product(s), this is why offer FREE exchanges.
- If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit (no expiry date) please contact us via our contact form and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you for a drop off or collection.
- We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt, we know life gets busy so if it’s been a bit longer just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
- We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
- Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Other Information
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
- Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:
- The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
- The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, UK stores only.
- The price match will take into account any other offers used at Scandibørn.
- The price match will take into account delivery charges from the other retailer.

Sirch SIBIs Schorsch is a wooden baby walker from the multi award winning Sirch toy designers in Germany.
A simple design made out of durable laminated birch plywood, means this beautiful toy will not only look perfect in a nursery or playroom but can be passed on and used for years to come. Very easy to operate, with silent wheels which can be locked. This Baby Walker will not skid or tilt. SIRCH have thought about all the details, including leaving the lid slightly open at the front to avoid pinching little fingers.
All SIRCH toys have been thoroughly tested by the German technical safety authority, TUV.

Scandibørn ships to almost all countries worldwide and we even offer free international shipping on some products.
However if you are in certain countries (such as Australia, the USA or Dubai) you may not be able to select shipping for large products through the standard checkout process.
This is due to some larger products needing specialist shipping to these destinations
