We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.

Exchanges

  • We know that our customers often like to exchange for a different product(s), this is why offer FREE exchanges.
  • If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit (no expiry date) please contact us via our contact form and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you for a drop off or collection.
  • We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt, we know life gets busy so if it’s been a bit longer just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds

  • We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
  • Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.

Other Information

  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
  • Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

    Rafa Kids offer a luxury range of children's furniture inspired by simple Scandinavian design. 

    This set of two beds is the perfect space saver - The F Loft Bed is recommended for children from 6 year old, The R Toddler bed for children age 36 months up to 6.

    The toddler bed fits perfectly underneath the F bunk bed in many different orientations. The wheels attached to the base allow for it to be located somewhere else in the room, leaving space under the bunk bed for other purposes, such as a desk or play area.

    • Made from eco-friendly, responsibly-sourced Finnish Birch Wood and Plywood.
    • Protected with two layers of pollutant-free Lacquer.
    • Measurements: Height 60 cm Width 155 cm Depth 75 cm
    • Height from floor to base 24 cm.
    • Weight 35 kg.
    • Mattress size required: 150 cm x 70 cm (available as an add on)
    • Recommended for ages 3+.
    • Flat packed, easy self assembly. Note assembly not included.

    F Bunk Bed

    • Made from eco-friendly, responsibly-sourced Finnish Birch Wood and Plywood.
    • Protected with two layers of pollutant-free Lacquer.
    • Measurements: Height 162 cm Width 205 cm Depth 95 cm.
    • Height from floor to base 122 cm.
    • Mattress size required: 200cm x 90cm (available as an add on)
    • Recommended for ages 6+.

    Mattress

    Rafa-kids have selected a premium quality mattresses for our beds. They have excellent orthopedic and ventilation qualities of cold foam. Hypo-allergenic Aloe Vera mattress covers with 3-side zipper is washable at 60° helping to keep the mattress clean and hygienic.
