- Next Day services MUST be ordered by 12 noon, Monday – Friday and will only be delivered Monday to Friday.
Exceptions
- Please note for some larger furniture and playtime items the delivery times may vary. Further delivery information is displayed on the items product page.
- Preorder items will be dispatched within the timescale indicated on the product page. All items in your order will be held until your preorder item arrives in stock.

We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
Exchanges
- We know that our customers often like to exchange for a different product(s), this is why offer FREE exchanges.
- If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit please contact us via our contact form and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you for a drop off or collection.
- We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt, we know life gets busy so if it’s been a bit longer just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
- We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
- Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Other Information
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
- Furniture: We can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at info@scandiborn.co.uk.
- Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:
- The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
- The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, UK stores only.
- The price match will take into account any other offers used at Scandibørn.
- The price match will take into account delivery charges from the other retailer.

- The ANKER water bottles are made of the best quality steel on the market – 18/8 steel. The steel is super durable and virtually cannot be torn apart. There are no coatings on the inside and it does not give any kind of chemicals or flavours.
- The water bottle contains 350 ml of liquid.
- The water bottle has a thermal function and keeps liquids hot for up to 12 hours and cold up to 24 hours.
- The water bottle will be delivered with both a sports lid and a steel lid, which makes it usable, practical and cool for both children and adults.
- The steel lid is a screw cap made of steel like the bottle.
- The sports lid is made of PP and is BPA free.
- Both lids have a handle so they can easily be attached to a bag or the pram. Both lids are completely tight due to the silicone in the lids – which is also BPS free.
- The water bottle should be washed by hand with a bottle brush due to the coloured surface and the thermal function.
- The water bottle cannot go into the microwave oven.
- The paint on the water bottle is durable, water based, and the content of leads is insignificant and within EU regulations.
- Steel is the best material to use with food and drinks.
