- Next Day services MUST be ordered by 12 noon, Monday – Friday and will only be delivered Monday to Friday.
Exceptions
- Please note for some larger furniture and playtime items the delivery times may vary. Further delivery information is displayed on the items product page.
- Preorder items will be dispatched within the timescale indicated on the product page. All items in your order will be held until your preorder item arrives in stock.

We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
Exchanges
- We know that our customers often like to exchange for a different product(s), this is why offer FREE exchanges.
- If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit (no expiry date) please contact us via our contact form and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you for a drop off or collection.
- We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt, we know life gets busy so if it’s been a bit longer just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
- We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
- Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Other Information
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
- Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:
- The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
- The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, UK stores only.

Made of 100% wool, the Doing Goods rugs are made in a family business in their workshop in India. Each piece is the result traditional techniques, patience and love for artisanal craft. The rugs are tufted by hand before the cotton backing is attached.
This cute Pinky Leopard rug is definitely one of our favourites, team with natural or rose tones.
- Due to the handmade nature of these rugs, expect slight variation in the appearance of each Tapis Amis.
- A little shedding is a normal process that occurs with natural fiber rugs; it should subside after a few vacuum cleanings.
- With small stains, clean immediately with an absorbent white cloth or you can use luke warm water and carefully try to clean the stain.
