Express UK Delivery [order by Midday]
- 1-2 working days at £4.95 (mon - fri)
- Next Working Day at £5.95 (mon - fri)
- Next Day services MUST be ordered by 12 noon, Monday – Friday and will only be delivered Monday to Friday.
Exceptions
- Please note for some larger furniture and playtime items the delivery times may vary. Further delivery information is displayed on the items product page.
- Preorder items will be dispatched within the timescale indicated on the product page. All items in your order will be held until your preorder item arrives in stock.
International Delivery

We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
Exchanges
- We know that our customers often like to exchange for a different product(s), this is why offer FREE exchanges.
- If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit (no expiry date) please contact us via our contact form and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you for a drop off or collection.
- We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt, we know life gets busy so if it’s been a bit longer just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
- We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE .
- Please include your returns slip which can be printed HERE.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Other Information
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
- Special/Customised orders: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:
- The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
- The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, UK stores only.
- The price match will take into account any other offers used at Scandibørn.
- The price match will take into account delivery charges from the other retailer.

Thanks to their functional design, they can be added the the drinking glass so they can learn as they grow without spilling a drop! The lids are easy for parents to remove but perfectly child proof. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
